Making all from scratch.

› In June, the prototype of the new version of the game was finally completed - "My Dancin' Computer: The College Demo". This version was needed to understand the overall picture of the game, and was also released as a diploma project for college, which I successfully passed and graduated. After several tests of the product, shortcomings in the game's performance were identified - microfreezes constantly occurred, which is very fatal for a rhythm game. Clickteam Fusion could not live up to expectations, and is not suitable for serious projects. Well, at least it turned out to be a great prototype.

› After some active discussions, it was decided to remake the whole game from scratch, based on the prototype made. Godot was chosen as the future engine. I received various reviews from people who understand this engine, and therefore the game will now be made on it. I will have to learn this engine and how to work in it, but I am ready for this, because I want to finish the game like no one else.

› At the moment, a general idea of the game is being created, some assets are being reworked, the repository is being updated, and the engine is being studied. Also, the gameplay concepts and some interface will be reworked so that the game does not look like the prototype externally, but it is pleasant to play. I understand that this will now take many times more development time, but this is all for the sake of good optimization and a memorable game, so that you have good impressions.
